Enterprise Systems Manager – Led 15-person consulting team retained by Frontier after its $8.6 billion acquisition of Verizon’s wireline operations in 14 states. Provided seamless operation of Verizon’s financial ERP and supply chain management (SCM) systems until $20 million conversion to Frontier’s systems.

Enterprise Systems Leader – Provided consultative oversight to geographically dispersed team that managed $35 million SAP migration from mainframe to clustered Linux/Oracle Real Application Cluster (RAC) environment. Led disaster recovery element and endpoint encryption/security projects.

Supply Chain Program Consultant – Engaged by General Manager as his surrogate on organizational change initiative driven by Yantra SCM and OASIS POS implementations; a $15 million, 25-person effort.
